Our studio is located in the Midway area of Saint Paul on Transfer Road, one block north of University Avenue and the Green Line light rail.
Our training is straightforward: kettlebell, bodyweight, and barbell movements for functional, real-life strength and fitness. You won’t find a treadmill or chest press machine here, but you will find excellent instruction and a supportive community to cheer you on toward your next goal. Our community includes successful people of all ages and fitness levels who share a commitment to self improvement.
You can get started in multiple ways:
- If you are new to kettlebell training or haven’t been exercising regularly, our six-week Kettlebell Basics class could be a perfect fit for you.
- If you can commit to training several times a week but need an introduction, you will set up a one-hour introductory session, which is included in the unlimited monthly membership. This introductory session covers the kettlebell swing and squat and kettlebell safety, so you will be prepared for classes. - If you have experience with kettlebells and feel confident with your technique, you are welcome to join us for class. Contact us and let us know when to expect you!
