Kettlebell training combines weight-bearing exercise with cardiovascular training. You will strengthen your core and stabilizer muscles as you move through a full range of motion. The Kettlebell Basics series introduces you to the basic skills of kettlebell exercise. It is perfect for people who are brand new to exercise and challenging enough for people with exercise and strength-training experience.
Kettlebell Basics starts with the kettlebell swing, which might be the best single exercise for overall fitness. You will also learn the kettlebell clean, press, squat, and lunge. This is whole-body strength training with a pronounced cardiovascular benefit. For all ages and abilities. A Beyond Kettlebell Basics course is offered for those who have completed Kettlebell Basics.
The next Kettlebell Basics series begins in January. Three class times are offered: Tuesdays at 10:30am and 6:30pm (starting January 23), and Thursdays at 6:30pm (starting January 25). Each class runs for six sessions.
One class per week (for six sessions) is $80, and two classes per week (12 sessions) is $132. Spots are limited, so sign up and reserve your spot now!
