All Levels – These are our ongoing, mixed-level classes. Movements are scaled to your ability, and the exercise programming reflects our methodology. A combination of kettlebell and bodyweight exercises. (See What Goes Into Our Class Plans?).
Basics and Balance – This course covers the basic techniques of kettlebell training with an emphasis on movement, balance and mindfulness. This class is appropriate for beginning and experienced students alike.
T’ai-Chi – We teach traditional Yang-style T’ai-Chi as moving meditation. The focus is on awareness, relaxation, and harmonious, whole-body movement.
