Conditioning

  1. Warmup + Extended Warmup
  2. KB Chains, 2 times through (2:00 timer):
    • swing, high pull, snatch x 5/5
    • clean, squat, push press x 5/5
    • snatch, push press, squat x 5/5
  3. Overhead Carry (with partner, taking turns, 3 full laps):
    • down and back left hand, other partner goes
    • down and back right hand, other partner goes
    • repeat two more times
  4. 50 goblet squats (5 min.)
  5. Pushups. 40, Band Pulls. 40, Abs. 40
