- Warmup + Extended Warmup
- KB Chains, 2 times through (2:00 timer):
- swing, high pull, snatch x 5/5
- clean, squat, push press x 5/5
- snatch, push press, squat x 5/5
- Overhead Carry (with partner, taking turns, 3 full laps):
- down and back left hand, other partner goes
- down and back right hand, other partner goes
- repeat two more times
- 50 goblet squats (5 min.)
- Pushups. 40, Band Pulls. 40, Abs. 40
