- snatch 2 min, rest 2 min
- snatch 1 min, rest 2 min
- goblet squats on the minute: 15, 12, 10
- On a 1:30 timer, alternating 3 sets each:
- double clean. 5 + push press. 5 + rack walk
- double row. 10 + farmer carry
- On a :30/:30 (work/rest) timer, alternating 3 sets each:
- Pushups
- Ab Mat Crunch
