Conditioning

  1. Warmup +
  2. On a 1:00 timer, all the way through (10 min.)
    • snatch 2 min, rest 2 min
    • snatch 1 min, rest 2 min
    • goblet squats on the minute: 15, 12, 10
  3. On a 1:30 timer, alternating 3 sets each:
    • double clean. 5 + push press. 5 + rack walk
    • double row. 10 + farmer carry
  4. On a :30/:30 (work/rest) timer, alternating 3 sets each:
    • pushups
    • ab mat crunches
  5. Band pullaparts. 2-3 sets
