Conditioning

  1. Warmup +
  2. Technique: Dead Snatch. 5/5 x 2
  3. On a 1:00 timer, all the way through (10 min.)
    • Snatch. 12 reps, alternating left and right, x6
    • Goblet Squat. 10 reps x 4
  4. CHAIN: Swing, High Pull, Clean, Push Press x 5/5 (2:00 timer, 3 sets)
  5. Overhead carry :30, walking lunge :30, rest 1 min. (2 sets each L/R)
  6. Four sets:
    • pushups. 10-15
    • abs. 10-15
