- Snatch. 12 reps, alternating left and right, x6
- Goblet Squat. 10 reps x 4
- CHAIN: Swing, High Pull, Clean, Push Press x 5/5 (2:00 timer, 3 sets)
- Overhead carry :30, walking lunge :30, rest 1 min. (2 sets each L/R)
- Four sets:
- pushups. 10-15
- abs. 10-15
