Conditioning

  1. Warmup + (no lunges)
  2. Snatch 2 minutes, rest 1 minute, snatch 1 minute
  3. Alternate, 3 sets each (1:30 timer):
    • (1) Squat x 5 + Push Press x 5 L/R, (2) Squat + Push Press x 5 L/R, (3) Thruster x 5/5
    • Jump Back + Deadlift. 10
  4. Lunge Walks (with 2 partners): 3 lengths
  5. Farmer Carry (with 1 partner): 3 laps
  6. Pushups. 40, abs. 40, band pulls. 40
