Conditioning

  1. Warmup +
  2. Technique: Dead Snatch. 5/5 x 2
  3. Snatch: 1 minute x 4 sets (1 min. rest between sets)
  4. Goblet Squat: 8 + 8 (drop set) x 3 sets (1:30 timer)
  5. Overhead Carry w/partner. 3 laps down/back L/R
  6. 0:30 Work/Rest, alternating pushups and ab mat crunch (3 sets each)
  7. Band Pulls. 2-3 sets
