Conditioning

  1. Warmup +
  2. Three-minute snatch challenge:
    • Snatch Left, 1 min. rest
    • Snatch Right, 1 min. rest
    • Snatch both hands
    • Count the reps and calculate the total volume
  3. Two sets each exercise, both sets in sequence (1:30 timer):
    • Squat + Push Press 5/5 L/R
    • Two-Hand Swing. 20
    • Double Row. 10 + Pushups. 10
  4. Abs and obliques. 80 reps
