Conditioning
- Warmup +
- Three-minute snatch challenge:
- Snatch Left, 1 min. rest
- Snatch Right, 1 min. rest
- Snatch both hands
- Count the reps and calculate the total volume
- Two sets each exercise (1:30 timer):
- Squat + Push Press 5/5 L/R (2 sets)
- Two-Hand Swing. 20 (2 sets)
- Double Row. 10 + Pushups. 10 (2 sets)
- Farmer carry: 3 laps, with partner (I go/you go)
- Abs and obliques. 80 reps
- Band pullaparts: a bunch (optional)
