Conditioning

  1. Warmup +
  2. Three-minute snatch challenge:
    • Snatch Left, 1 min. rest
    • Snatch Right, 1 min. rest
    • Snatch both hands
    • Count the reps and calculate the total volume
  3. Two sets each exercise (1:30 timer):
    • Squat + Push Press 5/5 L/R (2 sets)
    • Two-Hand Swing. 20 (2 sets)
    • Double Row. 10 + Pushups. 10 (2 sets)
  4. Farmer carry: 3 laps, with partner (I go/you go)
  5. Abs and obliques. 80 reps
  6. Band pullaparts: a bunch (optional)
