Conditioning

  1. Warmup + Extended Warmup (no lunges)
  2. Snatch. 1 minute x 3 sets (heavy, medium, light)
    • Switch hands on 0:30; 1 minute rest between sets
  3. Double Swing (5) + Clean (5) + Squat (5) + 10 pushups (2:00 x 3 sets)
  4. Three-Partner Lunge Walks (5 lengths)
  5. Ring Pulls (3 sets) + Hanging Leg/Knee Raises (3 sets)
