  • Swing x 5/5 + Goblet Squat x 10
  • Jumpback + Deadlift x 10

Part 4 – 3 Sets – I Go You Go

  • OH Carry x L/R

Part 5 – 1 Set Each

  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Abs
  • 50 Squats
