Conditioning

  1. Extended warmup
  2. Technique: Double Snatch
  3. “3-minute snatch challenge”
    • Snatch 1 min. left, rest 1 min.
    • Snatch 1 min. right, rest 1 min
    • Snatch 1 min both hands
  4. KB Chain: 3 sets (2:00): Lunge, squat, push press. 5/5
  5. Farmer Carry: 0:30/0:30 work/rest. 3 sets
  6. On the minute:
    • Pushups. 10 x 3 sets
    • Ab Mat Crunches. 10 x 3 sets
