Conditioning

  1. Extended warmup
  2. Technique: Double Snatch. 5 x 2
  3. Four times through (1:00 timer):
    • Double Clean. 5 and Push Press. 5
    • Snatch. 10 (left)
    • Goblet Squat. 10
    • Snatch. 10 (right)
  4. Once through (1:00 timer):
    • First minute: 40 swings
    • Second minute: rest
    • Third minute: 30 swings
    • Fourth minute: rest
    • Fifth minute: Pushups
  5. Pullups/chinups or ring pulls. 20 reps
  6. Abs. 50 reps
