Conditioning

  1. Warmup + Extended Warmup (no lunges)
  2. Snatch: 1 minute (:30L/:30R) x 3 sets (heavy, medium, light). 1 min rest between sets
  3. Double Swing (5) + Clean (5) + Squat (5) + 10 pushups. 3 sets (2:00 timer).
  4. 3-partner lunge walk (5 lengths)
  5. Ring Pulls x 3 sets, Hanging Leg/Knee Raises x 3 sets.
