Conditioning
1. Warmup + Ext. Warmup (no lunges)
2. Technique: Dead (off the floor) Snatch. 5/5 x 2
3. Snatch – 12 reps each minute x 10 (alternate L/R sets)
4. Chain – 5 reps each chain – 3 sets (2:00 timer):
- Swing + Clean + Push Press + Squat
5. Overhead Carry (30s) + Lunge Walk (30s) + 1 min rest
- Repeat L/R/L/R
6. Four sets, alternating:
- Pushups. 10 – 15
- Abs. 10 – 15
