Part 1 – Warm-up & Extended Warm-up

Part 2 – Skill, 3 Sets

  • Hang Snatch x 5/5
  • 1/2 Kneel Halo x 3/3

Part 3 – 2 Sets – 2 minutes work, 4 minutes rest

  • Snatch

Part 3 – 3 Sets OT :90, alternating

  • 10 Double Cleans + 5 Double Push Presses
  • Split Squats; 10/10, 12/12, 15/15

Part 4 – 3 Sets – 30/30

  • Farmer Carry – Heavy

Part 5 – 1 Set each

  • Push-ups x 25
  • Abs x 75
