1. Warmup

2. Snatch 2 minutes

3. Three sets each on a 1:30 timer:

  • Push Press. 10/10
  • Swing. 10 + Goblet Squat. 10

4. Three sets each:

  • Split Squats. 10/10
  • KB Rows, Dbl KB Rows, Chinups, or Ring Pulls

5. Pushups. 30, Abs. 50
