Conditioning

  1. Extended warmup
  2. Snatch: 2 minutes
  3. KB Chains: 2 times through (2:00 sets)
    • Swing, Clean, Push Press, Squat x 5/5
    • Swing, High Pull, Clean, Squat x 5/5
    • Clean, Push Press, Squat, High Pull x 5/5
  4. Overhead Carry (heavy): L/R laps x 3, with partner
  5. Abs 50 reps. Pushups 40 reps.
