1. Warmup + Ext. Warmup
2. “3-Minute Snatch Challenge”:
- Snatch 1 minute left hand, rest 1 minute
- Snatch 1 minute right hand, rest 1 minute
- Snatch 1 minute, switching hands
3. CHAIN (2:00 timer, 1 set each):
- Swing, high pull, clean, squat x 5 L/R
- Swing, clean, squat, push press x 5 L/R
- Swing, clean, push press, squat x 5 L/R
4. Farmer carry, 5 laps with partner, taking turns
5. 30:30 work/rest, alternating exercises:
- Abs mat crunch x 3
- Pushups x 3
