Part 1 – 8 Minutes

  • Snatch x 100

Part 2 – 3 Sets OT :90

  • D Push Press x 10 + D Bent Row x 10
  • Split Squat x 8/8, 10/10, 15/15

Part 3 – 5 sets OTM

  • D Clean x 5 + D Squat x 5 + Rack Walk

Part 4 – OTM – 3 Sets each

  • Ab Mat Sit-ups x 10
  • Push-ups x 10

Part 5 – 1 Set

  • Band Pull Aparts x Lots
