Part 1 – 2 Sets, Technique

  • Double Snatch + Negative Press x 5
  • Walking Two-Hand Swings x forward, backward, side to side

Part 2 – 1 Set, 4 minutes

  • Snatch x 100

Part 3 – 3 Sets OT :90

  • Swings x 10 + Goblet Squat x 10
  • Double Clean x 10 + Seesaw Press x 5/5

Part 4 – 3 Sets of 3 OT :90

  • Jump Back + Push-up x 3 + KB DL x 3 x 3

Part 5 – 1 Set, in order

  • Double Row x 10 x 3
  • Push-ups x 10 x 2
  • Abs x 20 x 2
