Part 2 – 3 Sets – OT :90
- D Clean + Press x 10
- Split Squat x 15/15, 10/10, 15/15 (or 20/20)
Part 3 – Any order:
- Pushups x 30
- Leg Raises x 30
- Crunch x 30
- Band Pull Aparts x A Lot
- Dumbell Curls (optional, if time)
