Part 2 – 3 Sets – OT :90

  • D Clean + Press x 10
  • Split Squat x 15/15, 10/10, 15/15

Part 3 – 1 Set each, any order

  • Pushups x 30
  • Leg Raises x 30
  • Crunch x 30
  • Band Pull Aparts x 30
