Part 3 – Doubles Complex – 3 Sets

  • Double Swing x 5 + Double Clean x 5
  • Double Clean x 5 + Double Squat x 5
  • Double Squat x 5 + Double Push Press x 5

Part 4 – 4 Sets

  • Push-ups x 10
  • Sit-ups x 20
  • Band Pulls x Lots
