Part 2: Snatch: 100 reps (light)

Part 3: On the 2:00, complexes L/R – 2x each

  • Swing.5, Clean.5, Squat.5
  • Clean.5, Squat.5, Push Press.5
  • Swing.5, High Pull.5, Snatch.5

Part 4: Goblet Squats. 50 reps

Part 5: Four sets each, alternating:

  • Pushups. 10
  • Abs. 10
  • Band Pulls. some
