3. Complex L/R on the 2:00 (2 sets each):

  • Clean.5. Squat.5, PPress.5
  • Swing.5, Clean.5, Swing.5

4. Goblet Squats. 3 drop sets (8+8) in 5 min.

5. Pushups. 40

6. Abs. 30
