Part 1 – Complex OT 2:30 x 3 Sets

  • Swing x 5 + High Pull x 5 + Snatch x 5 + Push Press x 5 + Squat x 5 x L/R

Part 2 – 3 Sets OT 1:30

  • Swing x 10 + Squat x 10
  • D Clean x 10 + Seesaw x 10

Part 3 – 1 Set

  • Split Squat x 20/20

Part 4 – 2 Sets each

  • Side Bends x 10/10 + Band Pull Aparts x 25
  • Leg Raises x 20 + Sit-ups x failure
