Part 2 – 12 Snatches OTM for 10 sets (one hand per set, alternating)
Part 3 – Chain (2:00 sets, only one each):
- Clean + Squat + Push Press x 5/5
- Swing + Clean + Squat + Push Press x 5/5
- Swing + Clean + Squat + Clean + Push Press x 5/5
Part 4 – Farmer carry, 5 full laps (“I go, you go” with a partner)
Part 5:
- Push-ups x 30
- Leg Raises x 30
- Band Pulls x 30
