Conditioning

Part 1 – Technique: Dead Snatch x 5/5 x 2

Part 2 – 12 Snatches OTM for 10 sets (one hand per set, alternating)

Part 3 – Chain (2:00 sets, only one each):

  • Clean + Squat + Push Press x 5/5
  • Swing + Clean + Squat + Push Press x 5/5
  • Swing + Clean + Squat + Clean + Push Press x 5/5

Part 4 – Farmer carry, 5 full laps (“I go, you go” with a partner)

Part 5:

  • Push-ups x 30
  • Leg Raises x 30
  • Band Pulls x 30
