Conditioning

Part 1 – Warmup + Technique: Dead Snatch x 5/5 x 2

Part 2 – Snatch: 3-minute set (with 5-min rest)

Part 3 – Complex, 5L/5R for 4 sets (2:00 timer):

  • Swing, Clean, Push Press, Squat

Part 4 – Split Squats, 3 sets (1:30 timer):

  • 10/10, 10/10, 15/15

Part 5 – Supersets (3 sets):

  • 10 Pushups
  • 10 Double Kettlebell Rows

Part 6 – Abs, 3 sets
