Part 3 – Two-Hand Swing Drop Set – 4 sets (2:30):

  • Swing x 10 + 10 + 10

Part 4 – On-the-minute:

  • Goblet Squat x 10 x 3
  • Pushups x 10 x 3
  • Ab Mat Crunch x 10 x 3
