Part 3 – 3 Sets Each – OTM

  1. Swing x 5 + Clean x 5
  2. Clean x 5 + Squat x 5
  3. Squat x 5 + Push Press x 5

Part 4 – 3 Sets

  • Split Squat x 10/10
  • Split Squat x 10/10
  • Split Squat x 15/15

Part 5 – 3 Sets

  • Push-ups x 10
  • Bent Rows x 10

Part 6 – 1 Set

  • Abs x 50
