Part 3 – OT 1:30 – 3 Sets

  • Squat + Push Press x 5/5
  • Swing x 20, 25, 15

Part 4 – I Go You Go – 5 Sets with a partner

  • Farmer Carry

Part 5 – 1 Set

  • Push-ups x 25
  • Abs x 75
