Part 1 – Warmup + Extended Warmup + Technique: Double Snatch 5 x 2
Part 2 – “3-Minute Snatch Challenge”
- Snatch 1 minute left hand only, rest 1 minute
- Snatch 1 minute right hand only, rest one minute
- Snatch 1 minute, switching hands freely
- (Calculate the total volume (total reps x weight))
Part 3 – CHAINS – 5/5 L/R for 4 sets (2:30 timer):
- Swing, High Pull, Clean, Lunge (first 2 sets)
- Swing, Clean, Lunge, Push Press (second 2 sets)
Part 4 – On-the-minute:
- Goblet Squat x 10 x 3
- Pushups x 10 x 3
- Ab Mat Crunch x 10 x 3
