Conditioning

Part 1 – Warmup + Extended Warmup + Technique: Double Snatch 5 x 3

Part 2 – Snatch 50 reps

Part 3 – Double KB Complexes – 3 times through (1:00 timer, 9 sets total):

  • Swing (5) + Clean (5)
  • Clean (5) + Squat (5)
  • Squat (5) + Push Press (5)

Part 4 – Split Squats (1:30)

  • 10/10
  • 10/10
  • 15/15

Part 5 – 4 sets, alternating

  • Pushups. 10
  • Abs. 20
