  • Snatch x 50

Part 2 – 4 Sets OT 2 Minute

  • SH Swing L x 10 + SH Swing R x 10 + Swing 10

Part 3 – 3 Super Sets – Light

  • Split Squat x 10/10
  • Double Press x 10 + Double Bent Rows x 10

Part 4 – 2 Giant Sets

  • Side Bends x 10/10
  • Leg/Knee Raises x 10-20
  • Ab Mat Sit-ups x failure
