Part 2 – Snatch 50 reps
Part 3 – Double KB Complexes – 3 times through (1:00 timer, 9 sets total):
- Clean (5) + Push Press (5)
- Swing (5) + Snatch (5)
- Clean (5) + Squat (5)
Part 4 – Goblet Squats. 50 reps in 5 minutes
Part 5 – 4 sets, alternating
- Pushups. 10
- Abs. 20
