Part 1 – Snatch Challenge – 1M/1M – choose a weight that allows you to move the most tonnage.

  • Snatch Left
  • Snatch Right
  • Snatch L/R

Part 2 – CHAIN Progression – OT 2:30 – 3 sets

  1. Swing + Clean + Squat + Push Press x 5/5
  2. Clean + Push Press + Clean + Squat x 5/5
  3. Clean + Squat + Push Press + Push Press x 5/5

Part 3 – 3 Sets

  • Split Squat x 10/10

Part 4 – 1 set each

  • Push-ups x 1 Minute
  • Abs/Obliques x 50-100
  • Band Pull Aparts x Lots
