Conditioning

  1. Long warmup
  2. Snatch :30/:30 x 6 sets (one side per :30 set)
  3. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Double clean, push press, squat x 7
    • Swing x 30, 20, 10
  4. Lunge walk (in groups of 3 ): 3 sets
  5. Farmer carry (in groups of 3): 4 sets
  6. Pushups 30, pulls 20, abs 50
