Conditioning

  1. Long warmup
  2. Snatch :30/:30 x 6 sets
  3. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Double clean, push press, and squat x 7
    • Swing 30, 20
  4. Lunge walk x 3 sets (groups of 3)
  5. Farmer carry x 4 sets (groups of 3)
  6. Pushups 30, pulls 30, abs 50
