Conditioning

  1. Extended Warmup
  2. KB Complex/Chain. 4 sets total. (5 reps each thing):
    • Swing, Clean, Squat, Push Press (complex)
    • Swing, Clean, Squat, Push Press (chain)
    • Swing, Clean, Thruster (complex)
    • Swing, Clean, Thruster (chain)
  3. Groups of 3:
    • Overhead Carry. 3 lengths each arm.
    • Lunge Walk. 3 lengths
  4. :30/:30. Do each exercise two sets in a row:
    • Pushups
    • Lying leg raise, knee raise, or V-up
    • Planks
    • Band Pullaparts
