Conditioning

  1. Long warmup
  2. Four sets total, once through (2:30 timer):
    • Swing, Snatch, Snatch, Lunge (L/R)
    • Swing, Snatch, Lunge, Lunge (L/R)
    • Swing, Swing, Snatch, Lunge (L/R)
    • Swing, Snatch, Lunge (L/R)
  3. KB carries with partner:
    • 3 laps double rack walk
    • 6 laps overhead carry
  4. 40 Squats and 40 Swings in 6 minutes
  5. Pushups 1 minute, rest 1 minute
  6. Abs 2 minutes
