Conditioning

  1. Extended warmup
  2. KB Complex/Chain (3 sets total, 2:00 timer):
    • Swing 5, clean 5, squat 5, push press 5 (L/R)
    • Swing, clean, squat, push press x 5/5
    • Swing, clean, thruster x 5/5
  3. In groups of 3, taking turns:
    • Heavy overhead carry, 3 lengths each arm
    • Weighted lunge walk, 3 lengths total
  4. :30 work/rest (sets done 2 in a row):
    • Pushups x 2 sets
    • Lying leg raise or V-up x 2 sets
    • Plank x 2 sets
    • Band pullaparts x 2 sets
