2. Overhead Carry (heavy, with partners) – Three room lengths each hand (L/R)

3. Lunge Walk (weighted, with partners) – Five room lengths

4. Two-Hand Swing Drop Sets x 3 (2:30):

  • 10 + 10 + 10

5. Supersets x 3 (1:30):

  • Pushups. 10-20
  • Double KB Rows. 10

6. Abs x 3 sets

7. Band pullaparts x 3 sets
