Conditioning

  1. Warmup + Lunge Variations
  2. Snatch :30work/:30rest x 4 (L-R-L-R)
  3. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Clean and Push Press 5/5
    • Squat 10 + Split Squat 5/5
  4. Single-Hand Swing. 5 sets (1:00 timer):
    • 10/10, 7/7, 5/5, 7/7, 10/10
  5. Twice through (:30 timer):
    • KB Row Left, Right, rest
    • Pushup, rest
    • Abs, more abs, rest
