Conditioning
  1. Long warmup
  2. Snatch 1 min x 2 sets (1:00 rest in-between)
  3. Three times through (1:30 sets):
    • Lunge + Push Press (chain). 5/5
    • Swing. 10 + 10 (drop set)
  4. Three times through (1:00 sets):
    • Row. 8/8
    • Squat. 10
    • Pushup. 10
  5. Abs. 50 reps
