Conditioning

  1. Snatch 2 min., rest 2 min., snatch 1 min
  2. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Double Swing, Clean, Squat (chain). 5
    • Lunge + Push Press (chain). 5/5
  3. 20 swings x 5 (1:00 timer)
  4. Two sets each:
    • pushup or strict press
    • crunch, situp, leg raise or V-up
    • double or single KB row
