- Warmup + Lunge Variations
- Snatch 2 minutes, rest 2 minutes, Snatch 1 minute
- Three times through (1:30 timer):
- Double Swing, Clean, Squat x 5 (chain)
- Lunge + Push Press x 5/5 (chain)
- 20 swings on-the-minute x 5 sets (one- or two-hand swings)
- Two sets each:
- Pushup or strict press
- Ab crunch, situp, leg raise, or V-up
- Double or single KB row
