Conditioning

  1. Warmup + Lunge Variations
  2. Snatch 2 minutes, rest 2 minutes, Snatch 1 minute
  3. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Double Swing, Clean, Squat x 5 (chain)
    • Lunge + Push Press x 5/5 (chain)
  4. 20 swings on-the-minute x 5 sets (one- or two-hand swings)
  5. Two sets each:
    • Pushup or strict press
    • Ab crunch, situp, leg raise, or V-up
    • Double or single KB row
